There are too many different types of "Invisalign" treatments to answer your question. Find an orthodontist and they can point you in the right direction.
The best type of invisalign (clear aligner)is the one recommended by the clinician you trust and choose to perform your treatment. Clear aligners are a tool used to perform a function to obtain a result. The biggest measurable difference between very similar tools such as clear aligners is the skill of the user in diagnosis, treatment planning and then treatment delivery and follow up.
I'm not sure if I understand the question clearly… Invisalign is a brand of clear aligners. There are not really types of Invisalign, but there are multiple brands of clear aligners. It is hard to answer what brand is best as it has to do with what is the goal with treatment. The best advice I can give is to talk to a dentist about options so they can steer you in the right direction.
