What week can you determine the baby's gender?

A non-invasive test such as Ultrasound test would be around 18 to 20 weeks. An invasive test such as CVS (chorionic villi study) would be around 11 to 11 and 1/2 weeks.
Your sonologist can tell you by 12 weeks by ultrasound. It is sometimes difficult to pin point if it is a girl at 12 weeks. If you are having blood tests for risk of common chromosomal abnormality by NIPT, the results of that can also tell you by 12 weeks the sex of the baby.
