I am a 32 year old male and I have a lump on my left testicle. Why does my left testicle have a lump?

That could be several things, some more serious than others. You should have it checked and have a biopsi done, unless the biopsi is not necessary because it is a pus filled cavity, in which case the diagnosis is clear.
