I am a 28 year old female. My throat feels tight and dry after having a tooth extracted. Why does my throat feel tight and dry? Should I have an x-ray taken?

Sometimes a patient experiences such symptoms simply due to the injections required to numb the jaw, specifically in extraction of lower teeth. I recommend you contact the doctor who performed the procedure for evaluation (probably not X-rays) if this is a condition that lasts more than just a few days.
