If you like to cook or do yoga, then stick to your hobbies – they can be extremely therapeutic. When you have the energy, get out of the house for a little bit – take a walk or even do a supermarket run. Over time, you may find yourself returning to the things that were important to you, to begin with. It’s good to keep busy but remember to pace yourself.
