What impact have these changes had on your health and state of mind?

When dx with this condition, it is easy to become depressed. It is also necessary to grieve. But most of all it is important to do your best to move everyday. Stretch, be gentle with yourself.

What advice do you have for others who are trying to incorporate these changes into their lives?

Always give yourself credit for what you are able to do. Keep moving. But don't overdue on a good day. And when people ask you what is wrong,w ith you, pick a good descriptive website to enlighten people and bring more awareness to Fibromyalgia.
