A small pain in both elbows without any recent trauma or overuse would worry me a bit that something not related to your elbows may be a problem. I would start with seeing your PCP for evaluation, possible blood tests, review of any medications, etc.

Many of us have and continue the use of EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) primarily to help rehab damaged muscles. More recent research has shown not much benefit and it is better to provide specific massage therapy and focused stretches and exercises to help get things back to normal. United Health Care recently said they will not pay for the therapy due to  the research. That being said, I have personally seen some relief using it when people have very severe muscle spasms but I have used it probably once on those patients and then, with my advice and other treatment, don't need it again.

Spinal manipulation, as defined by modern chiropractors, is a procedure to try to restore motion to joints that are restricted - - due to many possibilities. Restricted joints often cause pain in the joints themselves or cause pain in the ligaments and /or muscles near the joint. But spinal manipulation is often a small part of what a modern chiropractor does to treat ailments.

See your medical doctor. Back pain shortly after starting to eat could be a sign of a gall bladder issue.

This is a really tough disorder to treat. It usually takes a lot of time. Physical therapy and acupuncture appear to shorten the time from my experience. But, again, a really tough one--one I've suffered from.

Hi, sorry to hear that. If it is soon after the fracture, you have to be concerned about swelling and pressure on the nerve(s). If there was surgery, you have to worry about swelling, but also trauma to the nerve during surgery. Regardless, you don't want this to go on. Either go back to your doctor or get a second opinion.

That happens quite frequently due to normal disc degeneration in the lower back. The joints will move closer together due to the degeneration and that may cause pain. Often, sleeping with a pillow under the knees will decrease the pain. It is best to sleep on your side with a pillow under your head, hugging one and having one between the knees.
