The one for plantar fasciitis is done lying on the ground with leg straight out. Put a towel or belt around the ball of your foot. Pull towards and hold for 10 seconds. Do 2 sets of 10 twice a day. The stretch for achilles tendonitis requires a small step. Stand on the step with your heel hanging off the step. Push the heel towards the floor and hold for 10 seconds. Do 2 sets of 10 twice a day. If the heel doesnt improve in 2-3 weeks, then make an appointment to see your local podiatrist.
