“Am I pregnant?”
I haven't had my period in exactly 31 days. In the past I had missed periods then it would be regular again. This time it feels as though I'm having mild stomach cramps, aches sleeping more, and fatigue.
I have no hunger, some nausea but I'm guessing it's from not eating as much. Are these early signs of pregnancy or something else?

It is hard to tell. It could all be premenstrual symptoms. I would consider getting a pregnancy test to be sure.
