“Am I pregnant?”
I had an IUD replaced because it moved. I had sex the day before it was replaced (pull out method done poorly) to test 19, 22, and 23 days after having sex. Tests came back negative. Still late on the period which was sized to start 7 days ago. I tested again today, still negative.

Depending on what IUD you have, your period may be abnormal after insertion. I would wait a full month after your last period and test again. IF you are still worried, you can get a blood test.

Have you gotten your period yet? The IUD being placed the next day would also help as birth control from the day before as it makes the lining not good for implanting. Dr L
A urine pregnancy test done 23 days after your last sexual encounter should be positive now if you are pregnant. If you had a progesterone IUD placed (ie Mirena, Kylena, etc) your cycles may change and not be on their regular pattern. This does not mean you are pregnant.
