Yes, exercise in moderation that does not aggravate the neck pain. I recommend working with a physical therapist to get the right prescriptive exercises for your condition in conjunction with comprehensive acupuncture care so that you can heal and get well as soon as possible.
Yes, of course you can! Of course it will depend on the severity of your condition and the intensity of the workout. I would suggest avoid working out the site of injury like if you were injured in the upper body then you can try lower body workouts. Check with your primary as well to see if alternative medicine & working out would be safe for your condition. - Live Happy, Michael
Yes, there are no restrictions after an acupuncture session. Be sure to hydrate well. Kathy Martin, MS.Ac. Beach Acupuncture
It is not recommended. Sometimes it prevents the healing to fully integrate. Just because the needles are out does not mean the healing is not still happening. It is best to rest after a treatment and do some self-care.
We highly recommend to relax after an acupuncture treatment. But there is no problem to exercise 2 to 4 hours after treatment.
Sure.
Yes, you can.
no heavy exercise for 3-4 hours
Yes, you can do exercise after one hour late of acupuncture treatment.
I recommend taking rest at least for about a half day or taking it easy.
You can, but it's probably better to relax for an hour or two after your treatment to let your body fully integrate the treatment. And besides, you're probably going to feel very relaxed after your treatment and not much feel like exercising.
Usually resume activity 24 hrs after treatment
Light exercise would be fine. Strenuous activities are not recommended.
Yes, wait for an hour before exercise.
It is safe to exercise after acupuncture, but you may want to take it slowly at first to give your neck time to heal.
My general rule of thumb on exercise is so long as we're not dealing with a broken bone or a muscle/ligament/tendon/connective tissue tear, exercise after treatment is fine. I sometimes ask people to bring it down a notch for a couple of days post treatment, but otherwise I like to have people performing their normal activities.
