Can prostatitis be cured?

I was diagnosed with prostatitis. Can prostatitis be cured?

1 Answer

Yes. Prostate infection does happen easily and antibiotics are required for three to six weeks in most cases. Penetration of the antibiotic through the prostate matters and most antibiotics do not penetrate well. Ciprofloxacin or levofloxin are the best. And high fluid intake helps.
