Why after eating at Coney Island do I get diarrhea and the poops all day?.

You probably eat rather heavy, unhealthy foods at Coney Island and this can stimulate diarrhea for a variety of reasons. Your body is telling you something: be careful about what you are eating at Coney Island.
It does not seem to suit your digestive system. Avoiding it would be the best way to go.
