Can 0.279 Tsh level cause anxiety? My T3&T4 is normal as of Jan.12th.

This mild hyperthyroidism should not cause symptoms. Best Dr Norwood

Your labs are defined as subclinical hyperthyroidism. If you are also showing symptoms of hyperthyroidism you can be treated with a thyroid hormone blocking pill that will reduce your symptoms. See an Endocrinologist for help.
Subclinical hyperthyroidism; needs further studies for definitive diagnosis.
