My heart rate has been above 115 all day and night.

Having an elevated heart rate of 115 is unusual. Anxiety alone will not cause this. Conditions like anemia and hyperthyroidism are just two which might. Consult a doctor who will run tests to make a diagnosis.
That is moderately increased. I suggest that you contact your usual provider. An ECG may be required to make a definitive rhythm diagnosis.
