Extreme tobacco withdrawal?

I am a 58 year old female and quit smoking 4 days ago. For the first day I had a Little discomfort but each day since I feel as I have a flu or virus of some kind. I use an inhaler but my asthma is worse than usual. Shakes, not hungry at all. My entire body feels like I was ran over. My skin and scalp hurt. Very lightheaded with full body tingles ( I do have fibromyalgia) sore throat with small sores in my mouth ( I wear dentures) but this started the 2 ND day of not smoking. Not running a fever but get hot and cold flashes. I can barley function just around the house. No I don't plan on having a cigarette.

Nicotine withdrawal can cause a sadness or depressed mood, anxiety, or irritability. That is not what you are describing to me. You are describing a flu-like illness. With the prevalence of the Delta variant of Covid-19, I recommend seeing your doctor immediately to get tested. Also, if you have not been vaccinated, please do.
Adding nicoderm patch will help.
