Psychiatrist Questions Psychiatrist

I have anxiety attacks and fainting?

I get random anxiety attacks and I feel like I’m going to faint. But then I eat sugar then it goes away for a bit then comes again and when that happens I have a sharp pain under my bicep.

Start psychotherapy. Consult GI and consult Psychiatry.
You need to see a medical APRN or MD or DO to check for diabetes
First you should see your primary care physician to determine if you have diabetes. In the event that you don't, then consult with a psychiatrist to consider various treatments for your anxiety.
You should see your physician and be checked for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and hypotension (low blood pressure) among other things. Anxiety attacks are usually related to underlying psychological issues. You should see a psychiatrist or appropriately qualified psychologist to evaluate your anxiety attacks.
