I smell fecal for no apparent reason?

I was in a boarding school 7 months ago for a few weeks. After having been there for almost a week, I started to observe people being repelled by me. I took time to put more into my hygiene and showered multiple times a day, but nothing helped. I still smelled fecal. Even after wiping to see if there was anything, the TP came out clean. There was nothing, but I still smelled fecal. Seven months later, I still do. I've gone to a bunch of hospitals just to be told I'm hallucinating, which isn't true. I didn't really find out about this on my own. Someone told me. I stopped going to school, and I'm about to be kicked out. Everyone thinks I'm messing with my pants daily and just refusing to clean up. I've tried going to a doctor who told me it was hyperacidity. Nothing helped. He later said it was hemorrhoids. It wasn't. I'm now trying H Pylori medications, and they don't seem to be helping.

Every time I go to the bathroom and use it, people buildings away complain that it smells like urine or that it smells fecal. I can't go outside and face people. Even being in the waiting room is embarrassing. I get glares and concerned looks. People talk amongst themselves saying I messed my pants, loud enough for me to hear.

Please help me. I've lost everything socially and I discontinued going to school. I can't go on living like this. It's been seven months. Seven. Months.

Good evening,

The essential remedy is colon cleanse with a product that cleans colons completely. The cleanse agent used pre-colonoscopy is best. Stay hydrated. Then adjust your intake. Prebiotic capsules daily. Probiotic capsules daily. Senna capsule daily. Be sure you have one to two bowel evacuations each day. Minimize simple carbs. Minimize dairy. Minimize animal fat. Best diet is Mediterranean Diet. Minimize soda. No alcohol. Yes, take an acid blocker daily. Whole fruit and whole vegetables are fine. High fiber is best. The basic problem is intestinal overgrowth and stasis and leaky gut syndrome. Get Lectin Shield.

Sorry for the trouble you are having. This is not a common problem that a GI specialist would encounter. If you are exuding an odor, it may be coming from your skin, urine or elsewhere. Has a physician been able to confirm this odor when you are examined in the office? Your doctors need to have objective confirmation of the problem, then they can try to determine the origin with specific testing. Based on what you describe, there is nothing wrong with your intestinal function.
