Sleeping problems?

For the past few weeks, I've barely got any sleep because every night it always feels like I'm going to die every time I fall asleep which is scary. I don't know what the cause of it is. I had other weird symptoms before and every time I go to the doctors. They say there is nothing wrong with me

"Feels like I'm going to die" is a somewhat vague symptom. If you snore then sleep apnea needs to be considered, If you feel paralyzed, it could be sleep paralysis. See a sleep doctor and have a full discussion.
You need a doctor who will listen to you and try to discern what is going on in your life that is causing you to be preoccupied with death.

Well, there is probably "nothing wrong with you," but rather a disturbance in your sleep involving fear of dying could be anxiety and the effect of being fearful. You may want to discuss this with a counselor. You may also need to avoid negative TV and social media content for awhile. Take a closer look at what you eat before bed and try to get good exercise each day.
