“Umbilical hernia?”
I have an umbilical hernia. I'm almost 3 months postpartum. I had my gallbladder removed in 2018. I'm having upper left abdominal pain and when I bend over, the area of my hernia is tender. I'm a 24 year old female.

Consult a Surgeon.
Hernias typically do not improve over time; however, if you are planning to have more children, a repair may be disrupted during your next pregnancy. Either way, consultation with a surgeon and your OB is likely warranted.
