What causes muscle spasms in the heart?

I am a 58 year old male. I want to know what causes muscle spasms in the heart?

There is no condition that causes cardiac muscle spasms unless you are referring to coronary spasms (arterial spasm). In that case, this can be triggered by stress, drugs like cocaine or a condition called Prinzmetal angina.
Heart muscle aching and cramping occurs when oxygen supply to muscle fibers is not sufficient for the work the muscle is doing. Heart muscle contracts every second. Oxygen supply must be continuous.
