I am a 45 year old male. I want to know what is the fastest way to recover from inguinal hernia surgery?

There is no "fastest" way to recover from surgery. Recovery from surgery can vary in meaning for different patients.

In terms of return to activity, sometimes less is more. What I mean by this is that if you return to too much activity too quickly, it may prolong your recovery time. If you give yourself 2-4 weeks to recover, you may be full speed at 4 weeks. If you only give yourself 5-10 days before trying to progress, it may take you 8-12 weeks to recover.
