“What is the lethal dose of Klonopin?”
Not my symptoms, a family member of a friend. Her dosage is 20mg per pill, and she took 20 of them. If I did the math correctly, she has 400 mg of Klonopin in her system right now, and she is becoming very confused. I would call emergency services if I knew her location. How much danger is she in? What can I do to help?

Your friend needs to be evaluated by a physician in an emergency department as soon as possible.
Call 911 and get her to the hospital immediately. This is a serious overdose. She could vomit and inhale (aspirate) it, stop breathing, have brain damage.
