Chiropractor Questions Neck Pain

ā€œCan a chiropractor help me with my neck pain?ā€

I have been diagnosed with mechanical neck pain, probably from poor posture. Can a chiropractor treat it with some minor manipulation?

Before any manipulation is done, a thorough history and examination should be performed. Once risk factors are ruled out, you may be a good candidate for chiropractic treatment.
Chiropractic can help with your neck pain and it should be the treatment of choice.
After a diagnostic full spine x-ray is done, the cause of your neck pain can be determined. A chiropractic doctor desires to find this cause of your pain or symptoms. He must checkout your spinal bio-mechanics and devise a corrective treatment plan, utilizing specific scientific adjustment. Pain and or stiffness will not return to the patient, when correction is completed. Posture will naturally improve when the neck bones are in their rightful place.
