I am a 19 year old female and I have a toothache. How do I get instant relief from a toothache?

See your dentist immediately.
First thing to try is some over-the-counter pain med - tylenol, advil, aleve (generics are okay).
There really is no such thing as instant relief from a toothache. You need to find out the source of the toothache. You need to see a dentist. There are several things that can cause a toothache. Treatment is rendered based on the pain source. The only thing I can suggest on a short term basis is Tylenol or Motrin.
A lot depends on the source of the toothache. Unfortunately, there is usually not an instant fix. The best thing you can do is visit a dentist, get a diagnosis of the problem and the dentist will provide a good solution.

Take one Tylenol and 1 or 2 Advil together
Please visit a local dentist. Most of the times an xray would be required for proper diagnosis
