These are controlled but not cured. There is no one step fits all procedure.
You should seek the help of a board certified dermatologist.

Unfortunately, there's no way to completely get rid of blackheads. But washing your face and exfoliating regularly can help; along with getting routine facials by a licensed professional.
Good question. It's hard to "permanently" get rid of anything on our bodies. A good skin care regimen and frequent facials would help keep blackheads under control. I recommend seeing a dermatologist to discuss the best treatments for you. Many offices have an aesthetician available who can help you with facials and selecting quality skin care products to maintain your results (in conjunction with medications prescribed by your physician). It's a multi-step approach.
Tretinoin topically.
Hi,

There is no permanent solution to remove blackheads. Using retinoids to exfoliate in combination with microdermabrasion and/or extractions is generally a very safe and effective solution.
I hope this helps.
While blackheads can be cleaned out thoroughly, they tend to refill with time. However, a dermatologist can prescribe certain medications to slow or retard the process dramatically. Left without treatment, they tend to recur.
