Cardiologist Questions Right bundle branch block

What is a right bundle branch block? Is it something serious?

My recent ECG report indicated that I have a right bundle branch block. The doctor didn't tell me much about it. What is it supposed to be? Is it something serious that requires immediate attention?

Not serious. It is a benign abnormality.

No usually but could be heart disease but most likely pulmonary issues or totally normal
