Pulmonologist Questions Smoking

When does smoking start to deteriorate the body?

I am a 27-year-old woman and I have recently started smoking about a year back. I understand it could harm my body and I want to drop the habit, too. When do the negative effects of smoking start hitting the body?

NEGATIVE EFFECTS UPON YOUR BODY ESSENTUALL BEGIN WITH THE FIRST PUFF OF NICOTINE. THE SOONER YOU STOP THE HABBIT THE LESS OF EFFECTS YOU WILL SUPPER AND SOME OF THOSE EFFECT MAY BE ABLE TO BE RECOVERED. PULMONARY SPECIALIST CAN HELP WITH QUITTING PROGRAM.
As soon as you take your first puff. Do not wait until you have done irreversible damage to your lungs. There is no medical benefit from cigarette smoking, and it is no longer cool. So quitting sooner is better.
Immediately.
