Is it bad to stop using an immobilizer for my dislocated kneecap just 3 days after dislocating?

If you've had that many dislocations at age 14, you need surgery. An immobilizer a few more days won't make much difference. A stabilizing knee brace would be better.

Could be early arthritis. Try over-the-counter voltaren gel.

Abdomen pain?

This may not be orthopedic. See your primary care doctor.

Horrible pain in lower back thigh?

Hamstring is most likely.

What exercises not to do with bad knees?

Leg extension. Treadmill.

How should I sleep after lumbar surgery?

Should be no real restrictions. Your surgeon will let you know.

Do orthopedic doctors treat nerve pain?

No. That’s usually a neurologist.

Joint pain?

Recommend seeing a rheumatologist.

Minimally displaced fracture femur?

I assume you had surgery. This can take up to 3-6 months to heal and it may not. You need to call your doctor for calf pain and make sure it's not a blood clot.

It’s optimal for resection. Usually for repairs.

How long does it take to correct torn ligaments?

Depends on the ligament. No surgery, 2-3 months. Surgery, 6 months.
