It is advisable to weight on the potential benefits against the risks before one can be allowed to use this medication while breastfeeding.
There is a possibility of drug interaction and certain medicines are not supposed to be used together. However, different medicines may be used together even with the drug interaction. 4 Precautions to Take

It is known that in the presence of kidney disease, the risk of nephrogenic system fibrosis is increased. However, it will still be important that the medicine be used even with severe kidney disease.
