Normally just a few minutes 5 to 15 minutes
With current monitoring systems, you wake up very quickly after surgery. Depending on your need for supplemental pain or nausea medications, and your general state of health, you should wake up very quickly. Good luck!
After 30 min when patient is alert
Depending on the anesthetics, within 20 minutes
It depends on multiple factors including length of surgery, anesthetic choice and individual characteristics. Patients are woken up immediately after surgery is complete. However, patients often don’t start to recall until they are in the recovery room perhaps 15-30min later. You will likely feel drowsy for the rest of the day. Hope that helps!
Five to ten minutes, generally. 30-60 min in the recovery room as a regulatory requirement.
Emergence (waking up) from anesthesia is contingent on many factors.  These include the length of the procedure, whether or not narcotics and/or benzodiazepines were administered and your body's metabolism.
I've witnessed patients emerging in 15 minutes and others taking up to 45".  It is extremely variable.
0-10 minutes
Within 15 minutes but you may feel groggy for several hours if the doctors use strong pain killers. Good luck,
Upon completion of the surgical procedure (in your case breast augmentation), the general anesthetic is turned off by the anesthesiology team, and you start to slowly (within minutes to half an hour) wake up from anesthesia. Then you are taken to the Recovery Room and kept under observation until you are fully awake ( another 15 to 30 minutes.) Then you are discharged home. You will go home accompanied by a relative(s) or friend(s). You should avoid driving, operating heavy equipment, and going out for a walk by yourself alone on the first day of your surgery.

Wish you the best.
