Should this be a concern?

I'm a 25 year old female with myositis. I have these symptoms.

-Pelechiea
-Waking up with one numb finger tip and nerve buzzing back of head
- Urine incontinence
- Double vision (only when things move, worse when tired)
- Chest pains ( pressure, occasionally)
- Trouble breathing (exhausted much quicker, even short walk to the bathroom)
- Random nerve sparks on the left side of body
-Several years ago- the whole left side of body had sudden strong burning lasting a minute and experienced sensations of ice-cold water being poured on frontal lobe

I mention this because I'm beginning to be concerned about multiple sclerosis.

Yes, I agree that disorders that need to be r/o include (but are not limited to) MS, Myasthenia gravis, Lupus(and other collagen vascular and other auto-immune disorders), Poly-dermatomyosits, Vasculitis, etc. A BRAIN MRI and various blood tests to look for the above and other possible causes are MANDATORY and need to be done asap. You might try to see a very reputable NEUROLOGIST, RHEUMATOLOGIST, and/ or a HEMATOLOGIST. Good luck!
