“How can I prevent back pain associated with sleeping on the floor?”
Once in a while when family's in town I have to sleep on the floor, maybe twice a month or so. Is there anything I can do to prevent backache?

Sleeping on the floor sounds like a great way to wake up with a very achy back…..and other things.
