Having teeth cleaned regularly
Please always consult a dentist of proper diagnosis of your oral disease. Gingivitis is a result of dental plaque accumulation on and around the gums. Floss your teeth using proper technique. Rinse with Listerine or similar mouth rinse for 30 seconds. Brush your teeth for two minutes with proper technique. Do this 2x daily and your gingivitis will heal. Periodontitis is a result of gingivitis that went unchecked for too long and is not reversible by daily oral hygiene routines. You will need to seek the care of a dentist.
First, have your teeth professionally cleaned. Second, brush at a 45-degree angle to the gums twice a day. Floss and rinse with warm salt water once a day.

1. But a good electro toothbrush... Oral b or sonicare. Not a battery one. Studies show they can do 75% to 95% better than you can with a manual brush.
2. Brush twice a day. Morning and bedtime. Spend asst least 1 1/2 - 2 min brushing. Think of the hygienist cleaning one tooth at a time.
3. Floss once a day.
4. But a waterpik water flosser and use at least once a day.

Get into this habit and the gingivitis will be gone.
Good question: Brush, floss, use a mouth rinse recommended by your dentist, and appoint for a cleaning including home care instruction on brushing and flossing as soon as possible. Hope this is helpful for you.
Brush, floss, rinse with listerine- every morning and every night. See your dental hygienist for a cleaning.
Gingivitis (inflammation of the gums) can be treated by having a professional teeth cleaning completed by a dentist or a dental hygienist. Home care instructions must also be followed religiously (including brushing and flossing your teeth).

Go to see your dental hygienist on a regular basis – gingivitis is the beginning of periodontal disease. The hygienist has to get all the build-up and bacteria off your teeth and gums, and then your body has to heal. Like any infection, it will not happen fast.
