Why is my mother complaining of hand shivering?

My mother is constantly complaining of shivering in her hands along with tremors. Is it Parkinson’s or some other neurological defect?

Hard to say without more information. Assuming she is not just cold, some people get autonomic nervous system problems that make them shiver. It could be early neurologic disorder of several kinds as well. Recommend a neurologist sort this out. Good luck!
It depends upon the characteristics of the tremor. Benign tremors are typically more severe on intention whereas Parkinson Tremors are typically more noted at rest and look like the individual is rolling a pill between the finger tips
There is a long list of causes of hand shivering,
How old is she?
For how long she’s been having that?
What makes it worse? Or better?
Any postural troubles?
Gait troubles ……etc.
Certainly needs an evaluation and neuro-exam by a competent neurologist.
Can't tell what type of tremors till examine the patient to be able to differentiate between Parkinson's or essential tremors.
