  • I want to know if i have gyno ( extra breast tissue)

Your picture is consistent with male gynecomastia - fat is hormonally active and the increased circulating estrogens cause breast tissue enlargement in males and females. A procedure with good outcomes is a PESMA (pediatric endoscopic mastectomy) with liposuction with removes the tissue so there is no breast tissue left to respond to circulating estrogen. It would require a couple days in the hospital post-op but patient are happy with the outcome and the surgical scars are hidden in the axilla. Have your PMD refer you to a local pediatric surgeon.
