Hip misalignment almost always causes one of your legs to appear shorter than the other. It’s easiest to see if you lay face-down and have someone put your feet together to see if one leg is shorter than the other. Remember, it’s a functional short leg, meaning the shortness is caused by the misalignment, and when corrected, the legs will become even again. I would massage her back daily using a pain cream if available (biofreeze, cbd, etc). I personally love to do cupping along the spine. You can purchase the silicon cups on amazon and there’s plenty of videos on YouTube on how to use those cups. I’d search ‘cupping using silicon cups.’ They work using suction so they’re very simple and easy to use. I’d put some of the pain cream down first and lay the cups along both sides of her spine from the low back all the way up as far as they‘ll go. On the videos they should show how you leave the cups on long enough for the skin to change a dark red/purple color. They’ll leave the bruises and that’s a good sign. It should only take 5-10min of the cups being on for them to bruise the skin. That’s what you’re looking for-the bruising is blood flow and it helps with pain and inflammation.
