The best way I found is through balance exercises. While yoga can help, you want to be careful how its done. There are Yoga for Scoliosis DVDs out there. Swimming and horseback riding can help. standing on a BOSU ball or doing exercises like Bird Dog (from hand and knees, raise opposite arm and leg and hold still 5 sec.) Chiropractic can help when someone knows not to adjust hypermobile joints. Very gentle techniques can send signals to the brain and back to the area creating better brain-body awareness and therefore greater control of joint posture and movement patterns. READ MORE

First and easiest... Walk , 1-5 miles a day. best if on uneven ground for part of it at least. Next core exercises... always start with very easy ones, master them being able to do them with good form and lots of rep or time before moving to harder ones. Find a DC / PT to help if you have a history of problems with your back. READ MORE

As we lie horizontal and stop moving fluid shifts from our lower half to distribute all over equally, plus lack of movement can mean stagnation of fluid filled with inflammatory compounds around an injured joint. Plus movement inhibits pain. Lying on you hurts shoulder adds a compressive force and more lack of circulation. Right shoulder pain can sometimes be a gallbladder issue. Seek a doctor for a correct diagnosis and treatment plan. READ MORE

Some will some won't. Ask if and how they help. Sometimes all it needs is an ice pack or ultrasound treatment. Often bursitis is a result of a poor movement pattern involving the scapula (shoulder blade) and the arm. Massage and stretching really help as well as chiropractic adjusting to the middle back. Avoid overhead lifting until it clears up. READ MORE
