I am having knee pain after dancing in heels. What should I do?
Ice the knees for 20 min on and 30 min off. Since you were wearing heels I would recommend being adjusted by a chiropractor since heels shift your center of gravity and can cause the hips to become unlevel. READ MORE

Can I visit a chiropractor to get my sinuses drained?
A chiropractor does not aim to treat sinuses, however I have adjusted many patients who have related that their sinuses drained shortly thereafter. It's worth a shot. A chiropractor can adjust the upper neck to help with this, but won't drain the sinuses directly. READ MORE
I have slight weakness in my muscles along with pain in the forearms. What could this be?
Most likely nerve-related dysfunction. Could be coming from the neck. I would see a chiropractor that can x-ray the neck and assess your spine. If that isn't conclusive, check with a neurologist. READ MORE

Most likely a subluxation in the spine. See the video entitled "subluxation" on this page: https://onehealthchiro.com/patient-education/ READ MORE

How does spinal manipulation work?
Spinal manipulation is a more general technique that many osteopaths and physical therapist may employ at times. It is more rare that they use it. Spinal adjustments are only done by chiropractors, are much more specific, and are favorable to spinal manipulation. The adjustment does many things: -It improves mobility, which helps your range of motion and circulation in the specific area -It helps to slow the progression of arthritis and keeps the joints lubricated properly -It helps decrease muscle stiffness and tension due to better spinal alignment -It improves nerve function, meaning that the nerves supplying your entire body work better, and thus the body can work better/heal better/feel better! Can you suggest some medication for treating my shoulder pain?
As a doctor of chiropractic, I cannot prescribe or recommend medicine. That question is best posed to your favorite MD. READ MORE
My posture is getting a little slouched. What should I do?
First, carry a notebook and note anything throughout your day that you notice may be contributing to your posture changes...then list how to remedy that. If you notice you're slouched at your desk, you might write "sit up taller," "get computer stand," or "set a timer to tell me to stand up and walk around every 30 minutes." Also, getting your posture/spine assessed by a doctor of chiropractic is very helpful and will accelerate your results. Respectfully, READ MORE
Can a chiropractor help in treating foot pain?
You may consider consulting a chiro or a podiatrist. A chiro can help balance your hips, knees, ankles, feet to get pressure off. May even look into a practitioner that does ART - Active Release Technique. Of course, losing weight is key as well. Great question! Good luck! Respectfully, READ MORE
My mother suffered Bell's Palsy and is now recovering. Can a chiropractor help at this stage?
Yes! I just helped one a few weeks ago. Chiropractic has been very effective with Bell's Palsy cases in the past and would be a great option! Respectfully, READ MORE
I have sudden pain in my left leg. How can it be treated?
The pain could be a muscle strain or could be ligament related. Also a good chance there is a nerve that is involved. Go have a chiropractor check through your lower back and pelvis! Those nerves go into the legs and the muscles that attach in the leg attach at the pelvis also! Respectfully, READ MORE
I feel my posture has bent after delivery. What can I do?
If your primary concern is postural rehabilitation, I would seek out a CBP Chiropractor. Google that and see what you find! Respectfully, READ MORE
My daughter sits with her back slanted. How can her posture be corrected?
This is tough as you need to get her consciously competent about the issue. She needs to see how this can affect her health in he future...tough to get across to a 9-year-old with no cares in the world. Relate it to whatever she loves doing, e.g., if she loves to dance, tell her that better posture will make her a better dancer (it really will!). Find a way to link the bad posture to something your daughter values. Research shows that for every minute deviation in posture, every major measure of health is affected. Respectfully, READ MORE
Can a chiropractor help me with a pain in the back of my thigh?
Allow a bit of time and rest for a muscle strain to heal up completely. Then consider finding a chiropractor that can adjust your hips so the muscle can stay healthy and not be prone to injury in the future! Respectfully, READ MORE
